The 2001-build aircraft is currently configured with 50 seats and is currently in storage at Maastricht in Holland. The Dash 8 series of aircraft are popular worldwide with some 1,025 built to date of which 266 are the - Q300 version. These versions are in service with 58 operators worldwide and it is anticipated that these existing customers could be interested in this aircraft. Operators of the smaller Dash 8-100 and -200 variants could also be target airlines if they need the extra capacity offered by the -Q300.
